QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
5.1. A minimum of 5 years with enterprise class Windows Server system design and administration, including the proactive monitoring of system environments and problem resolution, user support, system application support, Operating System (OS) support, hardware/software system installation, configuration and maintenance.
5.2. A minimum of 5 years as an enterprise administrator in an on-premises Windows Server domain infrastructure.
5.3. A minimum of 5 years with the architecture and maintenance of a diverse multi-cloud design using Azure Entra ID tenant/domain infrastructure.
5.4. A minimum of 5 years with the architecture, implementation, management, and maintenance of cloud technologies including Infrastructure, Platform, Software, Security, and Disaster as a Service models in a multi-cloud environment.
5.5. A minimum of 5 years designing, implementing, and administering cloud networking solutions such as Virtual Networks including Express Route and Direct Connect.
5.6. A minimum of 5 years designing, implementing, and administering development operations (DevOps) solutions in a multi-cloud environment.
5.7. A minimum of 5 years A minimum of working directly with application teams to migrate workloads to cloud platforms including but not limited to Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to foster rapid integration with DevOps solutions.
5.8. A minimum of 5 years designing, implementing, and administering cloud tagging, costing, charge-back and scaffolding solutions in a multi-cloud environment.
5.9. A minimum of 5 years supporting and maintaining application identity in a multi-cloud environment.
5.10. A minimum of 5 years with the architecture, development, and maintenance of a cloud platform, utilizing policy to ensure safe and responsible scripting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
6.1. SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
6.1.1. As directed by the Department, design, install, maintain and document all server and Microsoft Azure Entra ID cloud platform requirements. These duties include but are not limited to: system administration, server maintenance, monthly patching, daily monitoring, error tracking, issue remediation, and change control.
6.1.2. As directed by the Department, perform Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations, including application, Application Programming Interface (API), SoftwareasaService, and Commercial OfftheShelf (COTS) systems, with Microsoft Entra ID for Departmentapproved solutions.
6.1.3. As directed by the Department, develop and implement Cloud Financial Operations (FinOps) strategies, including creation of reports that support a distributed chargeback model for all budget sources utilizing workloads within the Microsoft Azure platform.
6.1.4. As directed by the Department, plan, implement, and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) and business continuity capabilities for workloads hosted in the Microsoft Azure platform. This includes configuring backup and replication services, validating Recovery Time Objective (RTO)/Recovery Point Objective (RPO) requirements, performing scheduled DR testing, documenting recovery procedures, and supporting failover/failback operations.
6.1.5. As directed by the Department, perform proactive monitoring for all platforms serviced by the Enterprise Cloud Support Team.
6.1.6. As directed by the Department, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues reported by customers, system administrators, and support teams.
6.1.7. As directed by the Department, provide documented resolutions for Service Desk and Change Management tickets.
