Position Overview

SNI Technology is seeking a highly organized and personable IT Administrative Support Coordinator to serve as the central hub for IT operations. This role acts as the "command center," balancing technical request coordination with administrative tracking and reporting.

This is not a hands-on engineering role. Instead, we're looking for a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working with technology, excels at organization, and enjoys supporting both technical teams and end users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ticket Routing & Triage: Serve as the first point of contact for IT requests; review, prioritize, and assign tickets to appropriate team members
  • Administrative Tracking: Maintain and update project management tools (Smartsheet), including tracking deadlines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Status Reporting: Provide clear, proactive updates to IT leadership on workflows, progress, and potential bottlenecks
  • Documentation: Collaborate with IT staff to create clear, user-friendly "how-to" guides and internal documentation
  • Meeting Coordination: Participate in Scrum and team meetings; capture notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up
  • End-User Follow-Up: Communicate with staff to confirm issue resolution and provide updates on outstanding requests

Qualifications

  • Highly Organized: Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities without missing details
  • Tech-Comfortable: Basic technical knowledge or strong interest in IT; familiarity with common terminology and tools
  • Strong Communication Skills: Professional, approachable, and able to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Adaptable Learner: Willingness to learn new tools and systems (experience with Smartsheet is a plus but not required)
  • Reliable & Consistent: Comfortable working a full-time, on-site schedule in Agawam, MA
