Lead SAP Developer

Primary Location: Wisconsin

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Lead SAP Developer for our premier client in Wisconsin.

Education and Experience »

5+ years in a hands-on technical role (technical project management, systems development, or similar)
2+ years as a subject matter expert relevant to the SAP focus area

Knowledge and Skills:

Hands-on SAP technical development and design
Technical project management and systems delivery methodologies
Mentoring and leading development teams
Workflow design, gap analysis, and process documentation
Stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

Lead SAP technical design and development, including managing development demand through a structured intake and prioritization process.
Mentor a team of SAP developers and coordinate day-to-day priorities.
Partner with functional, architectural, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable SAP solutions.
Lead project delivery for medium-complexity projects, including workflow design, system builds, testing, and troubleshooting.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and vendor implementation staff, managing competing requirements and negotiating solutions.
