As an Oracle EPM, you will:
Required Qualifications
Lead the design of EPCMCS applications, including allocation models and profitability frameworks Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs
Provide architecture guidance and best practices for EPM Cloud implementations
Act as the application design lead / SME for EPCMCS
Configure EPCMCS allocation engines and driver-based models
Develop Allocation rules and rule sets
Develop Business Rules, Calc Manager scripts, and Groovy scripts
Design and maintain Metadata (dimensions, hierarchies), Data models and cost drivers
Optimize model performance and calculation efficiency
Build and manage integrations using Data Management / Data Exchange / FDMEE, REST APIs, OIC, or EPM Automate
Ensure accurate data flow between ERP, GL, and EPM systems
Implement automation (e.g., batch jobs, scripting, scheduling)
Lead or contribute to full lifecycle delivery - Requirements gathering, Design, build, Testing (SIT/UAT), and Deployment hypercare
Deliver complex EPM solutions aligned to business problems
Apply strong understanding of Cost allocations and profitability modeling, financial statements (PL, Balance Sheet), General Ledger, cost centers, and business drivers
Support finance teams in Planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
Develop Dashboards, reports (BI Publisher, Smart View, Management Reporting), Profitability insights and financial analytics
Provide actionable insights to business stakeholders
Conduct Workshops and requirement sessions, Solution walkthroughs and executive presentations
Translate business needs into technical deliverables
