Baer is looking for Oracle PaaS Developer for a 9 month Federal Remote Project.
Title: Oracle PaaS Developer

Description:
- Design, develop, document, and test Oracle PaaS extensions using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
- Develop and manage integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and internal/external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- Create and manage HCM extracts and utilize Oracle HCM REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work with Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) databases and establish connectivity with on-premises databases.
- Support PaaS migration activities and ensure secure, scalable cloud solutions.
- Participate in functional and technical design discussions, ensuring solutions align with business requirements.
- Assist in workflow development, reporting, and analytics using Oracle Workflow and OTBI.
- Apply best practices related to OCI and PaaS security.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience with Oracle PaaS, including VBCS extensions & security, Autonomous Database, PaaS migration, PaaS providers, OCI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (ICS)
- 3+ years of experience in OCI Security, Oracle Workflow, OTBI, and Oracle HCM Cloud
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle VBCS and Oracle Integration Cloud
- Working knowledge of Oracle APEX
- Solid understanding of PaaS and cloud security concepts
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with client-facing experience
