Monitor and support Oracle Demand Planning Cloud on a day-to-day basis, including jobs, plans, and scheduled processes.
Configure and maintain demand forecasts, calendars, hierarchies, and measures to support business planning cycles.
Handle incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements as part of an AMS/managed services model, ensuring SLAs are met.
Support data collections from source systems (Fusion ERP and others), troubleshoot failures, and coordinate fixes with technical teams.
Work with planners and business users to improve forecast accuracy, manage exceptions, and fine-tune planning configurations.
Assist with quarterly Oracle Cloud updates: impact analysis, regression testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment support.
Document configurations, functional designs, SOPs, and knowledge articles for recurring issues.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Demand Planning Cloud (or Oracle Demand Management Cloud) in a support or AMS environment.
Good understanding of demand planning concepts: statistical forecasting, demand drivers, forecast accuracy (MAPE, BIAS), and exception management.
Working knowledge of integrations and data collection (FBDI, scheduled processes, staging tables) with upstream/downstream systems.
Exposure to Oracle Supply Planning Cloud or broader Oracle Supply Chain Planning suite is preferred.
Experience supporting S&OP/IBP or similar planning processes, and working directly with business stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Planning.β
