Duration                              : 12+ Months 

Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 7+

Rate:                                       $50-$52/hr on W2

Job Description:

·         Experience documenting process flows and end-to-end workflows

·         Strong media & entertainment industry experience (production, post-production, studio, music services)

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

·         PMP / Agile / Scrum certification is a plus

·         Experience with Airtable or similar no-code/low-code tools

·         Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and practice

·         Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

·         Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and technical documentation experience

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Experience developing training materials and leading UAT sessions

·         Self-starter with ability to work independently and resolve blockers

·         Experience managing complex project plans and multi-dependency roadmaps

·         Experience with project scenario planning and implementation strategy

·         Ability to present complex concepts clearly to clients

·         Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL, data migration, and performance testing

·         Hands-on experience with Java and REST APIs

·         Experience building and maintaining REST APIs (FastAPI, Django, Flask)
