Ready to take your career global?

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Senior Technical Product Owner, IAM Authentication & User Experience to join our ever-evolving Cybersecurity, Identity & Access team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you'll own

  • Own the 3-year authentication and UX roadmap that reduces friction and risk while improving conversion and productivity; define outcomes, OKRs, and investment theses tied to revenue enablement and cost savings.
  • Build ROI models capturing conversion lift at login/checkout, reduced help desk and ATO losses, shorter partner/employee onboarding, and developer productivity via reusable patterns/SDKs.
  • Map end-to-end identity journeys for key personas and embed them into strategy and backlog.
  • Define and run an Authentication Experience Council with cross-functional stakeholders (Security, Platform, Product Lines, Support, Merchant Success, HR/IT) to set standards, prioritize improvements, and track adoption.
  • Lead product backlogs, write epics/user stories, define acceptance criteria, and drive iterative releases with measurable deltas in conversion, latency, onboarding time, and support volumes.
  • Champion developer experience: provide SDKs, auth templates, migration runbooks, and CI/CD examples to accelerate adoption and reduce integration errors.

What you'll bring

  • 7+ years in IAM, Security, or Platform Product roles; 3+ years as a Product Owner/Manager delivering authentication or identity experiences at scale.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise IAM leading practices: modern authN/Z (OIDC/OAuth2, PKCE, token lifecycles), FIDO2/WebAuthn/passkeys, session management, RBA, device binding, and account recovery patterns.
  • Understanding of payments/fintech requirements and regulations (PCI DSS v4.0, PSD2/SCA, GDPR/CCPA) and the current authentication threat landscape.
  • Experience with UX research and experimentation: journey mapping, A/B testing, accessibility (WCAG), and instrumentation for data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management with Security, Engineering, Product Lines, Risk/Fraud, Support, Merchant Success, and HR/IT; ability to communicate with executives and technical teams.
  • Financial acumen to build ROI models and prioritize investments based on conversion, support deflection, onboarding speed, and productivity gains.

It's a bonus if you have

  • Experience implementing passkeys/passwordless at scale for consumer, merchant, or workforce populations.
  • Familiarity with policy-as-code for authorization (e.g., OPA/Cedar) and API gateway/service mesh integrations.
  • Background in fraud/risk analytics, device intelligence, or bot management platforms.
  • Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CISM, product management credentials, or vendor IAM certifications.
