Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management

• 5+ years of experience collaborating with Application / IT Teams

• 2+ years of experience in Mobile Digital Marketing (Preferred)

• Proven experience managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, Digital Platforms, Customer Operations, Sales Support, etc.)

• Experience in portfolio and program management within technology or digital environments

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple technology and digital initiatives from planning to delivery

• Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with business strategy

• Drive program governance and ensure adherence to organizational standards

• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks proactively

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality execution

• Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and reporting

• Provide dashboard reporting and executive-level updates

• Support change management initiatives across projects
