Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Release Train Engineer - Hybrid for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for optimizing the flow of epics, features, and the value delivered by an Agile Release Train (ART). The ideal candidate will coordinate and facilitate ART ceremonies, manage dependencies, and promote agile principles through coaching. This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
Responsibilities: - Coordinate and facilitate ART ceremonies such as PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Retrospectives
- Guide and coach teams on the Agile Release Train on Scrum practices and develop their understanding of Agile principles
- Define norms and agreements for the ART and ensure they are followed
- In collaboration with the Product Manager, ensure the program has a healthy product/program backlog
- Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for the ART
- Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration within the ART to support value delivery
- Provide status updates and reporting on ART plans, delivery, timelines, and impediments to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure Enterprise Change Management and other policy requirements for technology solutions are met
- Measure ART delivery, maturity, and performance, and review metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Capture data to help determine and track product funding and resource acquisition needs
- Mentor more junior Scrum Masters
Requirements: - Minimum 10 years of experience guiding and coaching teams on an Agile Release Train on Scrum practices
- 5-7 years of experience coordinating and facilitating ART ceremonies
- 5 years of experience defining norms/agreements for an ART
- 5 years of payments engineering experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook

Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour
