Lead SAP D2C/OTC/SD solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare for clients, supply chain, S/4HANA, and fulfillment transformation programs.
Optimize demand capture, ATP/aATP, order promising, direct-to-consumer distribution, pricing, delivery, billing, returns, EDI, and customer integration across high-volume CPG operations
Own end-to-end SAP SD/OTC and D2C process design from demand capture through order promising, shipment, billing, and cash application.
Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, configuration, functional specifications, testing, and deployment planning.
Configure and support sales orders, pricing, output, delivery, billing, returns, credit, intercompany, and customer integrations.
Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, eCommerce, and Master Data teams.
Drive improvements in ATP accuracy, order cycle time, OTIF, perfect order, fill rate, billing quality, and revenue leakage, integration with external systems
