Program / Project Manager – Cloud Security (CSPM | Multi-Cloud)

We are seeking an experienced Program / Project Manager to lead Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) initiatives across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). The role requires strong expertise in managing cloud security programs, particularly Wiz deployments, along with deep proficiency in Agile / Kanban project management methodologies.

This role will act as the central coordination point between Security, Cloud Engineering, Compliance, Infrastructure, and Business Stakeholders, ensuring successful planning, execution, governance, and optimization of CSPM programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Program / Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end CSPM programs across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform environments
• Drive project planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and reporting
• Manage multi-workstream cloud security initiatives
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics

CSPM / Wiz Implementation Oversight

• Manage Wiz platform deployments, integrations, and rollouts
• Coordinate with cloud, SOC, and security engineering teams
• Oversee configuration of policies, alerts, dashboards, and compliance controls
• Track remediation workflows and posture improvement KPIs

Stakeholder & Governance Management

• Act as liaison between Security, CloudOps, Compliance, DevOps, and Business Units
• Conduct steering committee meetings & executive reviews
• Drive decision-making, prioritization, and dependency management
• Ensure alignment with security frameworks & regulatory requirements

Agile / Kanban Execution

• Manage projects using Agile / Kanban methodologies
• Maintain backlogs, sprint boards, task prioritization & velocity tracking
• Facilitate stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions
• Drive continuous improvement & delivery optimization

Risk, Compliance & Controls

• Identify, assess, and manage program risks
• Track cloud security compliance requirements (ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST, etc.)
• Ensure CSPM controls align with enterprise governance standards
• Support audit & regulatory readiness initiatives

Metrics & Reporting

• Build executive dashboards & security posture reporting
• Track KPIs such as:
• Cloud risk reduction
• Vulnerability remediation trends
• Compliance coverage
• SLA adherence
• Present program updates to leadership

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Project / Program Management

• 15+ years in Project / Program Management
• Proven experience managing large-scale cloud or security programs
• Strong expertise in:
• Agile
• Kanban
• Hybrid delivery models

Cloud & Security Experience

• Hands-on exposure to Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform
• Experience managing cloud security / CSPM initiatives
• Solid understanding of:
• Cloud architecture
• Cloud governance
• Security controls

Wiz Platform Experience (Critical)

• Direct experience managing Wiz deployments / operations
• Familiarity with:
• Wiz dashboards
• Risk prioritization
• Integrations (SIEM, ITSM, CI/CD)

Methodology & Tools

• Strong knowledge of:
• Agile frameworks
• Kanban workflows
• Jira / Azure DevOps / similar PM tools
• Experience with security & cloud tooling coordination

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cloud certifications (Azure / AWS / Google Cloud Platform)
• Security certifications (CISSP / CISM / CCSP preferred)
• Experience in regulated / enterprise environments
• Exposure to DevSecOps & CloudOps models
