Account Executive - Electronic Security Solutions
Location: Denver, Colorado

About the Opportunity: We are seeking a Security Solutions Account Executive to join our growing team in the Denver market. This position is ideal for a consultative sales professional who understands commercial security technologies and enjoys helping clients develop solutions that protect people, facilities, and critical assets.

This role combines relationship management, solution development, and technical consultation. You'll work directly with end users, contractors, consultants, and project teams to design and deliver integrated security solutions for commercial, institutional, industrial, and mission-critical facilities.

The ideal candidate has experience with enterprise access control and IP video systems and is comfortable guiding customers from initial concept through project execution.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and grow relationships with building owners, end users, consultants, contractors, and facility stakeholders throughout the Denver market
  • Identify opportunities for new security system installations, upgrades, and service agreements
  • Consult with customers to develop integrated security solutions that align with operational and business objectives
  • Support the sales process from discovery through close, including system design, budgeting, estimating, proposal development, and presentations
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate and competitive solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Provide technical guidance and product expertise throughout the project lifecycle
  • Participate in project planning meetings, site walks, and customer presentations
  • Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, consultants, contractors, and industry partners

Technologies & Solutions
This role focuses on integrated security technologies including:
  • Enterprise Access Control Systems
  • IP Video Surveillance Systems
  • Video Management Systems (VMS)
  • Network-Based Security Infrastructure
  • Integrated Security Platforms
  • Low Voltage Security Systems

Experience with one or more of the following platforms is highly desirable:
  • Genetec
  • LenelS2
  • Milestone Systems
  • Axis Communications
  • Hanwha Vision

What We're Looking For
  • Experience selling, designing, estimating, or supporting commercial security systems
  • Background in access control, video surveillance, integrated security, low voltage systems, or electronic security solutions
  • Understanding of commercial construction processes and project delivery
  • Ability to read plans, specifications, and construction documents
  • Experience developing proposals, estimates, budgets, and takeoffs is preferred
