Compensation: $105,000-115,000 DOE + company benefit, pto, 401k match
Team Size: 4 other software developers
In-Office Schedule: first 60 days onsite M-F and then it transitions to hybrid 3X/week onsite.
Job Summary:
We’re hiring Software Developer to join an experienced team building logistics & transportations industry applications that support operations across the US.
This hands-on role focuses on developing and supporting .NET and SQL Server systems, solving complex production issues, and collaborating with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You’ll take ownership of key features and systems, contribute to sprint planning, and help drive projects forward.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom .NET, C# and SQL Server applications
- Support backend systems and contribute to front-end development as needed
- Maintain business-critical integrations and internal platforms
- Participate in sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and code reviews
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability
- Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools
- Collaborate with analysts and business users to refine requirements and improve User Experience.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Use AI-assisted development tools

Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience with C#, .NET, and SQL Server
- Experience supporting production systems and working in Agile environments
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Git, JavaScript, SSRS, and CI/CD tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience
