Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Fiori Consultant with strong experience in Fiori app design, configuration, and testing. The ideal candidate will lead the development and optimization of finance-focused Fiori applications, ensuring intuitive user experiences, accurate financial data, and seamless integration with core SAP FICO processes.
This role will focus on delivering role-based dashboards, UI-driven workflows, and Fiori-enabled finance solutions that enhance reporting, usability, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills:
• SAP S/4HANA FICO with strong Fiori application expertise
• Hands-on experience with:
○ Fiori app design, configuration, and testing
○ UI/UX validation and role-based dashboards
○ Fiori app lifecycle (build → test → deploy → support)
• Experience collaborating with ABAP/UI5 teams for app development
• Strong knowledge of FI modules (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting)
• Functional testing (SIT/UAT) and defect resolution
• Cross-functional integration (FI-MM, FI-SD)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience (2+ projects preferred)
• Exposure to Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting
• Reporting and analytics tools (SAP Analytics, Power BI)
• SAP Certification (FICO / S/4 Finance / UX/Fiori)
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and configuration of SAP Fiori apps for finance processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Develop and optimize role-based Fiori dashboards and user interfaces for improved usability and reporting
• Collaborate with ABAP/UI5 teams to define functional specifications and support custom Fiori app development
• Validate Fiori app functionality, UI behavior, and data accuracy across financial transactions
• Lead SIT, UAT, and regression testing for Fiori applications and integrated FICO processes
• Identify and resolve defects related to Fiori apps and backend integrations
• Ensure seamless integration with core FI modules (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting)
• Support deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization of Fiori solutions
• Develop documentation, training materials, and user guides for Fiori applications
• Optimize performance, usability, and adoption of Fiori finance apps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly SAP solutions
• Drive continuous improvement of digital finance processes through Fiori innovation
Qualifications:
• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on FICO and Fiori applications
• Proven hands-on experience in Fiori app design, testing, and deployment
• Experience working with ABAP/UI5 teams in a functional/technical hybrid model
• Strong understanding of core FI processes (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting)
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations (preferred)
• Full lifecycle experience (requirements → design → build → test → support)
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid and global delivery model
Certifications (Preferred):
• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Finance
• SAP Fiori / UX Certification (preferred)
