Real Estate Agent AI SME

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a visionary Real Estate Agent AI Subject Matter Expert to lead the creation of an inaugural professional certification for the real estate industry.

Summary:
You are a high-volume, practicing agent who has successfully crossed the "digital divide"-someone who views AI not as a novelty, but as a core competitive advantage. In this role, you will be the "boots-on-the-ground" strategist for our AI Learning Lab. You will partner with the Director of AI Learning & Enablement to move beyond generic prompts and into Knowledge and Action modules. Your mission is to teach fellow agents how to leverage LLMs, autonomous agents, and automated workflows to increase production while reclaiming their personal time.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Current, licensed real estate agent with a proven track record of transactions
* You must be "in the trenches" and aware of the current market's pain points
* Demonstrated experience using AI agents and LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to automate or enhance lead generation, marketing, or administrative tasks
* Experience as a speaker, trainer, or mentor within the real estate community is highly preferred
* Deep understanding of real estate compliance (Fair Housing, Advertising rules, and Disclosure requirements) as they relate to AI-generated content
* Comfortable with virtual collaboration tools and recording software; You thrive in a "pilot" environment where we are defining the future of professional learnin

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
