Pay Range: $115,000 Per Year

Job Summary:
• Join our team in Audubon, PA as a full-time Manager focused on desktop and collaborative applications. 
• This role involves leading a team to enhance user experiences across various platforms and devices, with an emphasis on optimizing workspace technologies.
• The position requires expertise in managing and implementing generic technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the team to deliver secure and productive user experiences across all workspace technologies.
• Optimize user experiences across desktop, mobile, and A/V systems ensuring consistency and reliability.
• Manage the strategy and lifecycle of generic technology solutions.
• Oversee device management and endpoint security for various devices.
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly solutions.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10 years of experience in IT operations with a focus on end-user computing and collaboration platforms.
• 3 years in a leadership role with a proven ability to lead technical teams.
• Expertise in generic technology solutions and device management tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
