Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in Python, Golang, CrewAI, and AI/ML technologies to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong full-stack development capabilities combined with hands-on experience in building Agentic AI solutions, multi-agent systems, and scalable backend services.

The candidate will work closely with product owners, architects, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI-powered platforms and business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern software engineering practices.
• Build and deploy Agentic AI solutions leveraging CrewAI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop backend microservices and APIs using Python and Golang.
• Integrate AI/ML models into enterprise applications and production systems.
• Design and implement intelligent workflows using multi-agent architectures.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, asynchronous services, and event-driven systems.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to productionize machine learning models.
• Implement scalable solutions for model serving, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
• Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical leadership on AI initiatives.
• Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and high availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Python development.
• Strong expertise in Golang (Go) development.
• Hands-on experience with CrewAI and multi-agent AI frameworks.
• Solid experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
• Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and Agentic AI patterns.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of backend architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
