Overview
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager with 10+ years of HRIS experience, including strong expertise with SAP SuccessFactors. This is a client-side, non-hands-on role focused on supporting the deployment and implementation of SuccessFactors.
Description

Act as the client-side HRIS lead for the SuccessFactors deployment.
Collaborate with implementation partners and internal stakeholders.
Provide functional guidance and ensure project alignment with business requirements.
Support project planning, testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities.
Coordinate with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in HRIS roles.
Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations/deployments.
Experience in a client-side or business-facing HRIS leadership role.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Must be local to the Houston area and available to work onsite Monday through Thursday.
