Work Type: Hybrid

About the Role
We are seeking a well-rounded Event Graphic Designer to support a high-impact global Events team. This position plays a key role in bringing world-class brand experiences to life across launches, live productions, keynotes, and onsite event environments. The role requires a strong balance of creative design, production execution, and the ability to adapt within fast-paced, evolving project scopes.

Role Overview
This role combines production execution (approx. 75%) with creative concept development (approx. 25%). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and experienced across both print and digital media—including UI/UX layouts, environmental graphics, and even collateral.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and adapt creative assets using pre-designed templates.
  • Develop creative concepts and custom design solutions outside of templates while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Produce high-quality print and digital materials with precise attention to detail.
  • Apply UX/UI principles to digital layouts and communication assets.
  • Prepare technically accurate files for print production.
  • Translate event brand identities into cohesive visual systems across multiple touchpoints.
  • Design event materials including menus, badges, signage, programs, and other printed collateral.
  • Create environmental graphics including wayfinding systems, signage, and vinyl applications.
  • Develop scalable design systems, templates, and guidelines.
  • Oversee print production: substrate selection, pre-press setup, color proofing, and vendor coordination.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of premium print techniques (foil, emboss/deboss, die-cuts, letterpress, coatings, specialty materials).
  • Ensure all deliverables are production-ready with exceptional quality.
  • Develop layouts for presentation-ready decks and visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including event producers, marketing, and digital stakeholders.
  • Support onsite event needs, including real-time design updates.
  • (Nice to Have) Experience in premium packaging design and digital asset preparation for email/website.

Who You Are
  • A trained graphic designer with a strong design foundation.
  • Detail-oriented with excellence in typography, color, layout, and composition.
  • Skilled in print production workflows and finishing techniques.
  • Able to develop scalable visual identity systems and templates.
  • Comfortable designing for both print and intuitive digital experiences.
  • A clear communicator who explains creative decisions effectively.
  • Calm under pressure and highly adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrates both print and digital/UX work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Knowledge of UX design tools (Sketch, Figma, XD).
  • Experience using Keynote, Numbers, and Mac-based collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work onsite during events, including occasional weekends for load-in/out.
  • Proven background in print and digital production; agency or industry experience (tech, fashion, hospitality, publishing, visual merchandising, POP) is a plus.
