The Opportunity: Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant
We re seeking a hands-on Technical Consultant to support development and delivery across Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud. This individual will be responsible for building RICEW components, integrations, and data pipelines while ensuring system performance and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain RICEW components (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
Build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST/SOAP APIs and file-based integrations
Design and develop data pipelines using FDI, ODI, and ADW
Develop and optimize FBDI/ADFDI templates for data conversions
Create and enhance BI Publisher and OTBI reports with proper security controls
Troubleshoot technical issues across integrations, pipelines, and reporting
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Support SIT/UAT cycles, defect resolution, and regression testing
Support data migration validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities
Maintain technical documentation and support deployment/hypercare activities
Qualifications
6 10+ years of IT experience with strong Oracle Fusion technical development experience
Strong hands-on experience with OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations
Expertise in FDI, ODI, ADW, and data pipeline development
Strong technical skills in FBDI, ADFDI, SQL, PLSQL, XML, JSON, and XSLT
Experience developing BI Publisher and OTBI reports
Understanding of Oracle Fusion data models across Finance and Procurement modules
Experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations and testing cycles
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Relevant Oracle certifications preferred
