Job Title: UAV Hardware Integration Engineer

Location: Orlando, FL

Duration: Full-Time (FTE)

Schedule: Onsite Role

Job Description:

What You ll Own:

Electrical integrations for intercept configurations and discovery payloads onto quad/hex/VTOL hosts.
Custom avionics: flight controllers, power systems, ESCs, battery management, wiring harnesses, and transmitting.
Rapid prototyping, bench testing, flight testing, and iterative debugging in a real EW-contested environment.
Close collaboration with our aerospace, software, and integration engineers to deliver a flyable MVP in 8-12 weeks.

Must-Have Qualifications:

4+ years hands-on experience building/integrating custom drones or UAVs (FPV, racing, commercial, or military platforms).
Strong electrical engineering background: power distribution, embedded systems, sensors, actuators, and PCB-level work.
Experience with real-world drone payloads (cameras, launchers, or EW-related modules a big plus).
