UX Researcher II) in (
San Bruno CA (Hybrid – Tues-Thurs onsite)Pay Rate Range: $85/hr to $95/hr, depending on experience
Responsibilities: - Conduct end-to-end UX research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Design and execute studies such as user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and diary studies.
- Analyze research findings and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to influence product strategy and user experience decisions.
- Manage multiple research projects simultaneously and recommend the most appropriate methodologies for each research question.
- Communicate findings through clear, compelling presentations and reports that drive decision-making.
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in UX Research, Human Factors, Product Research, or a related applied research field.
Experience conducting mixed-methods research, including: - User Interviews
- Survey Design & Analysis
- Usability Testing
- Diary Studies
- Qualitative & Quantitative Data Analysis
- Strong ability to synthesize insights and tell a compelling story with research findings.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional product teams.
Ability to independently manage research projects from planning through delivery.
Nice to Have - Experience supporting consumer-facing digital products.
- Experience working in a technology or product-driven environment.
- Familiarity with product development lifecycles and user-centered design processes.
