Informatica PowerCenter Administrator - Baltimore, MD

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and manage Informatica PowerCenter, including mappings, workflows, and ETL processes.

• Support and troubleshoot Java-based applications running on JBoss, Tomcat, RedHat, Fuse, and Apache servers in AWS.

• Manage and schedule batch jobs using Control-M (or equivalent), including calendars and critical batch scheduling.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and analyze logs using Splunk.

• Generate and manage SSL certificates and PGP keys.

• Perform system troubleshooting, patching, backups, performance tuning, and capacity planning.

• Automate tasks using Jenkins and support CI/CD processes.

• Manage incidents and change requests using JIRA Service Desk.

• Provide recommendations and risk mitigation strategies for system issues.

• Support production releases and adhere to security and change control policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• 3+ years of Informatica PowerCenter administration/support experience.

• 3+ years of Control-M (or equivalent batch operations) experience.

• 2+ years of PostgreSQL (or equivalent DB) experience.

• Experience in healthcare, health insurance marketplace, or health and human services.

• Strong troubleshooting, SQL, integration, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting complex enterprise systems and batch operations.

• 3+ years troubleshooting JBoss/Tomcat applications in AWS.

• Experience with AWS-hosted web systems and EDI operations.

• Strong knowledge of Java runtime concepts (heap, thread dumps).

• Experience with PMO governance processes.
