Key Responsibilities
- Architect MFEs: Design and maintain a modular frontend using runtime integration and decoupled deployment strategy.
Lead & Mentor: Establish engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor mid-to-senior engineers. - Collaborate: Bridge communication between Product, UX, and Backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Core Technical Skills
- MIFE Patterns: Advanced experience with Webpack 5 Module Federation, single-spa, or custom shell orchestrators.
Monorepos: Proficiency managing large-scale workspaces using Nx or Turborepo. - React Ecosystem: Mastery of React 18+, TypeScript, and modern state management (Zustand, Redux Toolkit).
- CI/CD & DevOps: Hands-on experience building independent deployment pipelines for individual micro-apps.
