A bit about us:

Our client is a growing boutique architecture firm specializing in exceptional custom luxury residential design. The firm has built a reputation for creating one-of-a-kind homes that combine thoughtful design with complex, highly detailed architecture.

Their portfolio includes luxury residences routinely ranging from $5M to $25M+, with projects incorporating sophisticated timber, steel, concrete, and mountain architecture. The firm is also heavily involved in premier luxury residential developments throughout the United States, giving its architects and designers the opportunity to work on projects that become true portfolio pieces.

Unlike larger corporate architecture firms, the company maintains a collaborative, hands-on culture where architects and designers work directly with principals and senior leadership. Team members have meaningful involvement in projects rather than being limited to one small piece of the design or production process.

The firm is currently in an exciting period of growth, including expansion into Arizona. New team members will have the opportunity to help establish a growing office, take ownership of increasingly complex projects, contribute to company standards and processes, and develop into future leadership roles.

For architects and Revit professionals who value high-end design, technically challenging projects, accessible leadership, and long-term career growth, this is an opportunity to join a firm where their work will have a visible impact.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity for an architect who wants to work on truly distinctive projects rather than repetitive production work.

Exceptional Portfolio: Design highly customized luxury residences ranging from $5M to $25M+.
High-Profile Developments: Work on luxury residential projects within premier developments throughout the U.S.
Design + Technical Exposure: Projects incorporate complex timber, steel, concrete, and unique site-specific architectural solutions.
Growth Opportunity: Join during an exciting period of expansion with opportunities to help establish the Arizona office and grow into leadership.
Direct Leadership Access: Work closely with principals and senior leadership in a boutique environment without layers of corporate management.
Career-Defining Work: Build a portfolio of sophisticated, one-of-a-kind residences.
