Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to support a multi-year Identity Access Governance (IAG) / Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation program. The role is focused on delivering complex identity workstreams-including lifecycle automation, application onboarding, entitlement governance, and identity data alignment across systems.
The most critical requirement is that the PM understands the concept of identity sources of truth and how identity attributes, lifecycle events, and worker data flow from HR, vendor management, and directory systems into downstream IAM processes. While experience with Workday (for employee identities) and Beeline (for contingent labor identities) is preferred, it is not required. What matters most is the ability to manage identity data, system-of-record integrations, and multi-system dependencies with confidence and accuracy.
This position is high-visibility and cross-functional, offering the opportunity to influence a major enterprise-wide transformation.
Responsibilities:
Lead delivery across major IAG/IAM workstreams, including:
o Identity Source of Truth integrations and data alignment
o Application onboarding and connector integrations
o Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) lifecycle automation
o Entitlement review, access certification, and governance workflows
Build and manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reporting, and governance materials.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, standups, and stakeholder meetings.
Partner with cybersecurity, IAM engineering, HRIS, technology teams, application owners, and offshore delivery teams.
Ensure identity data from systems of record is properly modeled, validated, and used consistently across IAM capabilities.
Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams.
Support change management activities including communications, documentation, and training.
Provide updates to the Program Manager and contribute to steering committee materials.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
