DescriptionWe are seeking a Product Manager II to help drive the evolution of a leading relationship intelligence and CRM platform for professional services firms.
As a Product Manager II, you will work within an established product strategy and roadmap framework alongside a Sr. Product Manager, partnering closely with engineering, operations, security, and other cross-functional teams to deliver customer and business value. You will be responsible for driving assigned roadmap initiatives and epics from discovery and refinement through delivery and post-launch evaluation, helping translate strategic priorities into successful product outcomes.
You will engage with internal teams and customers to gather feedback, leverage data to inform decisions, and oversee the successful delivery of platform capabilities. In this role, you will contribute recommendations and insights that help shape future product direction while maintaining a strong focus on execution, collaboration, and results.
Responsibilities- Work within a broader product strategy and roadmap framework, contributing recommendations and insights while supporting execution and outcomes for assigned product areas.
- Interact frequently with customers and technology teams to identify needs, deepen understanding, and prioritize requirements.
- Own assigned roadmap initiatives and epics from refinement through delivery and post-launch evaluation, partnering closely with senior product leadership, engineering, and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Determine and evaluate product hypotheses in a quantitative manner, such as A/B testing.
- Participate in product discovery activities to validate requirements, refine solutions, and support roadmap execution.
- Influence future product direction by proposing enhancements, priorities, and investment opportunities.
- Assist with launch plans through coordination with customer-facing teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Professional Services.
- Provide go-to-market support to ensure launch readiness and promote adoption of new capabilities.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance user experience within the CRM platform.
- Identify opportunities for improving CRM functionality, integrations, and automation across sales, marketing, and customer support operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably focused on CRM platforms.
- Demonstrated product development knowledge, including business case creation and product planning.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with a solutions-oriented mindset, proactively identifying paths forward and adapting approaches as needed.
- Capability to give and receive constructive feedback to support team effectiveness and outcomes.
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and general IT skills.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
