Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr

- Conduct frequent brainstorming sessions, motivate teams, and drive innovation while helping managers guide the career growth of team members.
- Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of making sound technical decisions and judgments.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience developing React.js-based applications using Redux.
- Strong proficiency with Node.js, Webpack, and other tools related to React front-end development.
- Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and development tools.
- Experience developing enterprise-grade responsive web applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience developing web applications using front-end technologies and related testing tools and methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including daily stand-ups, Scrum ceremonies, and accountability to the software development team.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
- 5+ years of HTML (HyperText Markup Language) experience.
- 5+ years of JavaScript development experience.
- 5+ years of Cascading Style Sheets experience.
- 2+ years of experience in developing enterprise web applications using React JS with Redux.
- 3+ years of experience in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, 2.1 or a combination of both.
- 1+ year of SDL Tridion content management system experience.
- Strong expertise in working with Node JS, WebPack and other tools related to React Front End Development.
- A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology.
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas.
- Knowledge and understanding of application and web security.
- Knowledge and understanding of technology performance: analysis and tuning for applications.
- Experience with Windows or Mac OS-X set up and usage for React JS development.
- Experience in unit testing code with JEST / enzyme / Jasmine / Mocha / Chai / React Testing Library.
