The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can improve release processes, support scalable delivery, and apply strong judgment when working with sensitive legal data.

Responsibilities:
Lead the review, redesign, and optimization of existing DevOps workflows to improve reliability, efficiency, and release quality.
Manage deployment activities for a growing greenfield environment, including planning and executing rollback strategies as user adoption expands.
Oversee release coordination and delivery practices to ensure controlled, consistent movement of code across environments.
Administer and enhance DevOps operations within a Copado governance framework focused on legal business systems.
Partner with development teams to support code-intensive builds and align DevOps practices with application delivery needs.
Contribute expertise in MuleSoft-related development environments to support integration-aware deployment and release planning.
Apply strong security principles to protect sensitive legal information throughout build, deployment, and release processes.
Use tools such as Azure DevOps, Salesforce DevOps, and Copado to strengthen automation, governance, and deployment execution.

Requirements

Proven experience working in DevOps roles with responsibility for deployment management, release processes, and workflow improvement.
Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, Salesforce DevOps, and Copado in enterprise delivery environments.
Strong understanding of secure DevOps practices, particularly when supporting systems that handle sensitive or regulated data.
Ability to design and support rollback approaches in evolving production environments.
Experience collaborating closely with software development teams in code-heavy delivery settings.
Familiarity with MuleSoft and its relationship to development and deployment activities.
Exposure to legal, financial, or similarly regulated business domains is preferred.
Broad knowledge of DevOps tools and methodologies, with the ability to evaluate and apply the right approach for the environment.
