Job Description/ Responsibilities 

Partner with business stakeholders across Prosperity to understand workflows and pain points, and proactively identify areas where agentic AI can drive meaningful improvement. 
Lead the design and development of the enterprise Agentic AI Framework Catalog, defining reusable agent architectures, patterns, and implementation standards. 
Define the overall technical architecture leveraging Java/Python/Node.js, React, GraphQL, Neo4j, DynamoDB, AWS Bedrock, Claude, and AWS cloud services. 
Establish framework standards for agent orchestration, memory management, context engineering, tool integration, and multi-agent collaboration. 
Drive development of reusable AI accelerators, SDKs, templates, APIs, and reference implementations to enable rapid solution delivery.  
Lead knowledge graph and data architecture initiatives using Neo4j, DynamoDB, and GraphQL to enable contextual retrieval and intelligent decision-making. 
Define Responsible AI, security, governance, observability, auditability, and human-in-the-loop controls for enterprise AI solutions.  
Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to convert business requirements into scalable AI capabilities and roadmap deliverables. 
Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, conduct architecture reviews, drive innovation, and ensure successful delivery, adoption, and continuous enhancement of Agentic AI solutions.
