Job requirements
We are looking for a Lead Analytics Engineer with strong experience in cliClickstream, Chicagockstream, event instrumentation, and digital analytics implementation to build and scale customer behavior tracking across web and app platforms. This role focuses on designing robust event schemas, CDP integrations, and activation pipelines using mParticle, Mixpanel, and paid media ecosystems.
Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Clickstream Analytics (MUST HAVE)
- Experience analyzing user behavior, digital journeys, and event-based tracking
- Expertise in tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
- Experience with event instrumentation, tagging, and tracking frameworks
- Strong understanding of customer journey, funnel analysis, and KPIs
- Ability to design end-to-end analytics solutions.
Technical Skills
- Clickstream & event tracking implementation
- CDP tools: mParticle, Mixpanel
- Paid media integrations: Meta, Google, TikTok, DV360
- SDKs, APIs, and tagging frameworks
- Basic knowledge of Node.js / PHP / React (preferred)
- Cloud exposure: AWS / GCP
Nice to Have
- Experience in Retail / Food industry
- Experience with customer data platforms (CDP)
- Strong business & product understanding
