About this Position:

Job Title: Senior Drupal Web & Accessibility Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Drupal-based federal websites.
Develop and update navigation menus, quick links, and hero components to improve website usability and structure.
Perform content migration and updates of webpages between platforms as required.
Create and modify website content structures, ensuring proper metadata tagging and content organization.
Coordinate with Government stakeholders to implement website updates and improvements.
Conduct Section 508 accessibility reviews of web pages, documents, and associated digital content.
Update and remediate PDF, Word, and PowerPoint files to ensure accessibility compliance.
Support integration of graphics and visual elements on webpages.
Troubleshoot and resolve website functionality issues within the Drupal environment.
Ensure compliance with federal web standards, usability guidelines, and accessibility requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience managing government websites using Drupal.
Demonstrated expertise in Drupal CMS administration, configuration, and content management.
Experience implementing and verifying Section 508 accessibility compliance.
Knowledge of federal web standards, metadata tagging, and content publishing workflows.
Experience working with government web governance processes and approval workflows.
Strong problem-solving and technical documentation skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
