Key Responsibilities

Manhattan OMS & MAO Implementation:

• • Design, develop, and maintain custom extensions on Manhattan Active Order Management (MAO) and OMS.
  • Configure and manage Distributed Order Management (DOM), Enterprise Order Management (EOM), and Available to Commerce (ATC) functionalities.
  • Implement and fine-tune supply chain intelligence and order fulfillment workflows.
  • Integration & Custom Development:
  • Build custom extensions and enhancements to adapt Manhattan OMS to unique business requirements.
  • Integrate Manhattan OMS with payment processing, fraud detection, tax systems, warehouse management, and ERP platforms.
  • Develop and optimize REST API integrations to enhance system performance.

Data & Reporting:

• • Configure SCI (Supply Chain Intelligence) reporting and develop custom reports & dashboards.
  • Work with SQL, JSON, and Java to manage order-related data across the ecosystem.

Solution Architecture & Leadership:

• • Provide technical leadership in architecting and integrating Manhattan OMS solutions.
  • Guide development teams on best practices for customization, performance optimization, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate order management and supply chain needs into technical solutions.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• • 5+ years of experience in Manhattan Distributed Order Management (DOM, EOM, ATC, SCI)
  • Strong knowledge of Manhattan Active Order Management (MAO) and custom extension development
  • Expertise in Java, SQL, REST APIs, and JSON
  • Deep understanding of supply chain, fulfillment, and order orchestration
  • Proven experience in system architecture, integration design, and scalability
  • Experience in Agile & Waterfall SDLC methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with payment processing, fraud, tax, warehouse management, and ERP integrations
