Position: Enterprise Architect Agentic AI / CRM / BPM
Location: Las Vegas, NV ( 3 to 4 days onsite)

Role Overview:
Seeking an Enterprise Architect with strong Agentic AI and Google Cloud experience to design and implement AI-driven solutions supporting CRM and BPM transformation. The role focuses on architecting autonomous agents, AI pipelines, and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect Agentic AI solutions across CRM and BPM environments.
Design AI workflows from requirements through development, deployment, and operations.
Develop and optimize AI pipelines using Google Cloud services including Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Cloud Functions.
Build and manage autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning and collaboration.
Integrate AI agents with CI/CD pipelines, testing tools, and developer environments.
Support deployment and lifecycle management through AgentSpace or similar platforms.
Define AI governance, safety, monitoring, and performance standards.
Required Skills:
Experience as AI Architect, ML Engineer, or similar role focused on AI/ML solutions.
Strong Google Cloud AI/ML ecosystem experience.
2+ years building AI/ML solutions.
1+ year hands-on experience with Generative AI / Agentic AI.
3+ years experience with CRM and BPM platforms.
Experience with software testing tools (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
Experience deploying and managing AI agents using AgentSpace or similar platforms.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
