Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data science, machine learning algorithms, and software engineering, with a passion for solving complex business problems using AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy machine learning and AI models in production environments
Develop and optimize algorithms for predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions
Build and maintain data pipelines and model training workflows
Fine-tune and evaluate models for performance, scalability, and accuracy
Implement MLOps best practices for model monitoring, versioning, and deployment
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning
Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory); knowledge of Java/Scala is a plus
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques
Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI (LLMs, Transformers)
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience with APIs, microservices, and model deployment
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering
Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.)
Experience working with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Exposure to vector databases and embeddings
