CNC Lathe Operators CNC Mill Operators Manual Machinists Machine Assemblers

We are a growing precision machine shop looking for experienced, dependable individuals who take pride in producing quality work. We currently have openings for the following positions:

CNC Lathe Operator
  • Perform complete machine setups and create/edit programs at the machine as needed
  • Operate CNC lathes independently
  • Read and interpret blueprints
  • Select tooling and make offsets
  • Inspect parts to ensure all specifications and tolerances are met
  • Produce quality parts while maintaining efficient production

CNC Mill Operator
  • Set up and operate CNC vertical & horizontal machining centers
  • Read and interpret blueprints
  • Make tooling and offset adjustments
  • Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
  • Maintain quality throughout production runs

Manual Machinist
  • Operate manual mills, engine lathes, and Bridgeport machines
  • Perform precision surface grinding and OD grinding
  • Complete small mechanical assemblies
  • Machine, fit, and repair components to print
  • Use precision measuring equipment to verify dimensions

Machine Assembler
  • Assemble precision machinery and mechanical components
  • Read mechanical drawings and assembly prints
  • Install bearings, shafts, fasteners, and other components
  • Verify fit, function, and quality of completed assemblies
  • Troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed
  • Work closely with the machining department to ensure proper fit and function

Qualifications
  • Previous machining or mechanical assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance
  • Commitment to producing high-quality work
