Job Description Informatica MDM S360 / Multi-Domain
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Informatica Multi-Domain MDM solutions.
Configure and customize Customer 360 (S360) applications.
Develop and maintain ActiveVOS (AVOS) workflows and BPM processes.
Configure MDM data models, Subject Areas, Hierarchies, Match-Merge rules, and Trust Frameworks.
Develop business services, validation rules, and workflows within MDM.
Integrate MDM with enterprise applications using APIs, Web Services, ETL, and messaging technologies.
Perform data profiling, cleansing, standardization, matching, and survivorship configuration.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze MDM requirements.
Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize MDM processes.
Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and production support.
Ensure governance, data quality, and compliance standards are met.
Required Skills
Informatica MDM
Strong experience in Informatica Multi-Domain MDM / S360.
Hands-on experience with:
o Data Model Configuration
o Match & Merge Configuration
o Trust and Survivorship Rules
o Hierarchy Management
o Landing, Staging, and Base Object Design
o Provisioning Tool
o IDD (Informatica Data Director)
o Informatica PowerCenter/IICS experience preferred.
o REST/SOAP Web Services integration.
o Strong SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
o Experience with ETL and data migration projects.
