We're hiring a
Software Developer II to join a high-visibility engineering team solving complex technical problems that directly impact a major product line. This role offers the chance to work across the full stack, collaborate with sharp engineers, and contribute to applications that truly matter to the business.
This is a
hybrid role, requiring onsite work
4 days per week in Greenwood Village, CO.
What You'll Do- Design, develop, test, and support modern web applications following established SDLC best practices
- Build clean, responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams through architecture, design, and code reviews
- Write and maintain system-level and operational documentation
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications for performance and scalability
Required Qualifications- 2-5 years of professional software development experience
- Strong front-end experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI
- Back-end development experience using Python (FastAPI or Flask)
- Solid understanding of REST API design
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database design
- Experience working with PostgreSQL and/or SQLite
- Experience using Git/GitHub for version control
Nice to Have- Experience with authentication and authorization
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and performance optimization
- UI/UX design sensibility and attention to clean, user-friendly interfaces
- Exposure to Linux or macOS development environments
Additional Details- Workplace Type: Hybrid (4 days onsite per week)

- 30-minute hiring manager interview
- 1-1.5 hour technical panel interview
- Contract Length: 8 months

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
