Seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Generative AI (Gen AI) 
projects, specifically focused on enhancing enterprise productivity, employee 
empowerment, and implementing agentic AI solutions within large organizations. The ideal
candidate will possess deep knowledge of Gen AI technologies and demonstrate a 
successful track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-driven 
outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Gen AI projects aimed at improving enterprise workflows, boosting 
productivity, and empowering employees with innovative AI tools.
• Drive the adoption and integration of agentic AI solutions within the enterprise, 
enabling autonomous agents to streamline business processes and decisionmaking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities for Gen 
AI implementation that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Develop project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and manage risks to 
ensure timely and successful delivery of AI initiatives.
• Monitor and report project progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals 
and compliance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; 
Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience, with proven success leading Gen AI or 
advanced AI projects in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts, generative models, and their 
applications in business settings.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.
Desired Skills
• Familiarity with enterprise productivity platforms and tools like Microsoft Co-pilot 
Studio, Amazon Quick, Glean, IBM Orchestrate or Moveworks
• Experience in change management and employee engagement related to 
technology adoption
• Knowledge of ethical considerations and compliance in AI deployment
• Co-ordination with multiple AI vendors, tool selection and evaluation will be an 
added benefit
