Full-Stack Java Developer

Role Overview

The client is seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to support enterprise application development, modernization, and maintenance initiatives. This role will work within an Agile team to develop, test, deploy, and enhance scalable applications while contributing to both back-end and front-end development efforts. The position is based in Lansing, MI, and the job is open to candidates within the 100 miles radius of Lansing, MI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and modern development frameworks.
• Collaborate with project managers, application owners, resource managers, and Agile team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Design and implement user interfaces and responsive web applications in partnership with UI/UX teams.
• Modernize and enhance legacy systems by implementing scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support technology upgrades and ensure applications align with current development standards.
• Develop new application features and improve existing functionality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the full technology stack.
• Work closely with technical teams to support application transition and modernization efforts.
