Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Execution
- Support the CMCO, NA in marketing planning, prioritization, and tracking
- Coordinate inputs across the teams to ensure alignment and follow-through
- Support delivery of high-priority initiatives as needed
- Marketing Strategy & Analytics
- Analyze marketing performance across all programs to identify key insights, areas of excellence, and opportunities
- Translate data into clear recommendations
- Executive-Level Storytelling
- Develop concise, high-quality presentation and materials for senior leadership
- Synthesize complex information into clear, structured narratives
- Support preparation for key meetings, reviews, and leadership updates
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

- Financial Domian experience preferred
- 3-5 years experience in consulting, marketing strategy, or a highly analytical role
- Bachelor s degree required (Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related field). Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver clear, actionable outputs
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high expectation environment
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Bachelor s degree required (Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related field). Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
