Technical Program Manager

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
8-15 years of experience in project or program management with a focus on data engineering or data-related projects..
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, ETL, data warehousing, and big data technologies.
Experience with data tools and platforms (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure data services, SQL).
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to navigate and manage project dependencies across multiple teams.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
Experience working in a software development or IT infrastructure environment.
Technical background or familiarity with cloud computing, software development lifecycle, or DevOps.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, ITIL, SAFE or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a plus.
Experience with data analysis or business intelligence projects.
Strong banking product experience in Retail, Cards, Deposits, Mortgage, Risk & controls etc.
