General Summary:

Provide continuous support and services to end users and adapts to changes in processes and procedures, shifting priorities, and managing inventory levels. Independent action to complete work in a timely manner.

Execute to computer- related IT ServiceNow requests to provide varying types of hardware, peripherals and related tools.

Analysis of hardware data to support hardware asset management lifecycle.

Creation of detailed process documentation for relevant teams & projects. Also intended use as evidence for Internal Audit & ISO27001

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:
Frequently transports between offices, buildings, and campuses up to 2 miles.
Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 40 lbs.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily ServiceNow workflows, requests and subtasks.
• Ensure accuracy of asset data within ServiceNow. Update asset data discrepancies based on process and workflow criteria.
• Conduct monthly stockroom audits end user assets and perform asset reconciliation.
• Recommend operational process improvements, strategies, policies, procedures to remain compliant with company and security policies and standards.
• Support EUS key stakeholders and partner teams on hardware asset management-related processes and asset data within

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$23.10 - $34.64

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
