Customer Service Coordinator
Introduction: This position involves answering employee questions, managing customer tickets, and communicating with customers to resolve service issues. The Customer Service Coordinator will work remotely from Monday through Friday, 11:30am to 8pm EST.
Responsibilities:
- Creates, assigns, and updates customer tickets daily.
- Communicates with customers about service issues and collaborates with internal departments for resolution.
- Uses software tools to manage tasks such as benefit changes, ticket requests, and customer inquiries.
- Utilizes effective listening and communication skills to identify problems, needs, and opportunities.
- May require working evening hours as needed.
- Operates telephony system efficiently.
- Demonstrates basic computer skills for online resource utilization.
- Emphasizes providing excellent customer service, handling service issues, and collaborating with internal departments.
- Performs additional duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- Required: High school diploma or G.E.D, zero to four years of previous experience.
- Preferred: High school diploma or G.E.D, additional or specialized training, zero to four years of previous experience.
Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective writing skills
- Clear communication skills
