\n Assess and develop individualised treatment plans\n

\n Collaborate with reproductive medicine physicians & staff\n

\n Participate in fertility treatment protocols and procedures\n

\n DUTIES (Director Role)\n

\n Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the REI division\n

\n Oversee & guide the endocrinology and infertility program\n
\n
\n
\n Perform diagnostic and advanced fertility treatments & procedures\n

\n Lead quality improvement, clinical standards, and program growth initiatives\n
\n
\n
\n Supervise and collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams\n
\n
\n
\n Participate in strategic planning and development of reproductive medicine services\n
\n
\n
\n Manage clinic operations with limited inpatient or consultative responsibilities\n
