Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Technical Analyst II to join our team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. In this role, you will support digital product initiatives by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will play a key role in enhancing our member portal and digital platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and improved user experiences. This is a long-term contract position with the potential to transition to a permanent role, offering an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that benefit our members.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Digital Product Owner to gather, analyze, and document technical requirements for digital solutions.
Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Evaluate existing platform architecture to identify areas for improvement in scalability, security, and performance.
Assist in the transition of members to a new portal by documenting current needs, recommending enhancements, and supporting implementation.
Ensure core functionalities, including benefits access, claims viewing, and payment processing, are optimized and integrated seamlessly.
Act as a liaison between product, design, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting processes to ensure successful deployment of features.
Identify and address technical dependencies and limitations to mitigate risks during development.
Contribute to quality assurance processes by defining test cases and reviewing deliverables.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including workflows, use cases, and integration guides.
Requirements
Proven experience in technical analysis and solution design within digital platforms.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies for project management.
Proficiency in documenting technical requirements and creating user stories.
Familiarity with digital platform functionalities, such as claims administration and payment processing.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers.
Experience in quality assurance processes, including defining test cases and validating features.
Knowledge of system scalability, security principles, and performance optimization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
