  • Coach Product Owner and Development Team on backlog management, shared understanding, and definition of success.

  • Promote self-organization, collaboration, and cross-functionality while removing impediments using appropriate approaches.

  • Build a trusting and safe environment where issues are raised openly and resolved constructively.

  • Use observation and data to identify squad needs, drive inspect-and-adapt practices, and foster continuous learning.

  • Enable empirical decision-making through metrics, feedback loops, and information radiators.

  • Facilitate neutral discussions, craft clear messages, and use powerful questions to encourage creative problem solving.

  • Coordinate risk identification, dependency management, and conflict resolution within and across squads.

  • Shield the squad from external interference and align work within the organization's risk appetite and policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of the Scrum Framework, Agile principles, and team dynamics.

  • Experience presenting, teaching, mentoring, and facilitating across team and organizational levels.

  • Proficiency using empirical data, metrics, and feedback mechanisms to drive improvement.

  • Strong oral and written communication with coaching capability to convey complex ideas.

  • Understanding of software development lifecycle disciplines, including QA and release practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills:
