Position: Business System Analyst (BSA)
Location: Remote
Type: Contract
Job Description:- Experience in payments, financial services consulting, or related transformation roles.
- Strong understanding of payment domains such as real-time payments, high-value payments, card payments, cross-border, open banking, or digital wallets.
- Experience delivering strategy and business architecture work, including current-state assessment and future-state design.
- Strong capability in translating business needs into structured requirements and process designs.
- Working knowledge of payments regulations, industry standards, scheme rules, and risk and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience engaging senior stakeholders and facilitating sessions across business and technology teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, global consulting environment.
- Familiarity with payment operations, settlement processes, and resiliency requirements.
- Familiarity with information technologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Consulting experience with top-tier banks, central banks, payment scheme operators, or large fintechs.
- Experience with national or regional market infrastructure modernization programs (ISO 20022, instant payments, RTGS , cross-border improvements).
