Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled NAND Test Lab Operations Support Technician to support daily operations within a semiconductor test laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with semiconductor test equipment, diagnostics, calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. This role requires ensuring efficient material processing, maintaining equipment reliability, and supporting product development schedules.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics and calibration on semiconductor memory test equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in tester and handler systems.
Execute preventive maintenance and maintain calibration schedules.
Support material flow, data collection, and inventory management activities.
Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and response flow charts.
Perform safety audits and ensure compliance with site and regulatory requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction efforts.
Train users on test equipment and tooling as needed.
Monitor equipment performance and report reliability metrics.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Advantest M67xxAD automated handlers.
Experience with Teradyne Nextest Magnum tester systems.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in semiconductor test environments.
Experience with voltage and timing calibration.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance and equipment reliability.
Experience creating technical documentation and procedures.
Familiarity with tester chiller systems and process chilled water systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Skills
Experience with Advantest V93K, B6700, T5835, and M67xx series handlers.
Understanding of semiconductor memory tester architecture.
Experience with Change Kits and Device Specific Adapters (DSA).
Knowledge of thermal calibration and automated processing setups.
Familiarity with Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) metrics.
